Ordering print products from PrintBirdie.com is easy and fast.
Convince yourself of the convenience of online print ordering. If you do have any questions, just know that there is a team of employees ready to help you. A simple question about the online ordering process, or rather a technical question about a product, our experts will be happy to help.

It doesn’t stop after your order either. A problem with the delivery, or has something gone wrong with your print product? We will gladly look for an appropriate solution together.

The first step in the process is to choose a product. To make it easier, we have already grouped the products so you can quickly find the product you want. Once the product is selected, you start the configuration process, choosing the desired carrier, printing and any finishing options.


Once you have chosen a product, click on “Add product to shopping basket”. Then click “continue shopping” if you wish to add another product, or click “complete order” to proceed to payment.

When you have chosen all products, you can proceed to place and complete the order. To do so, click on the shopping cart icon (at the top of the menu bar). You will get an overview of all the products you are about to order, and after a final check you can confirm.


If, at the final check, you find that you wish to change your order, you can still add or remove products from your shopping basket. If an order is not yet in production, you can always change or cancel it free of charge.

In the event that an order is already in production, we will discuss with you how best to proceed. Naturally, we would like the costs already incurred to be reimbursed, but at the same time we will help you constructively to find a suitable solution.

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@printbirdie.com, with the order number you wish to cancel in the header of the email.


To place an order with PrintBirdie you need to create an account. You do this by registering yourself. You can do this at the top right when you click on “login/register“.

You will then be taken to a page where existing customers can log in or a new customer can register. You then choose “new to PrintBirdie” and then fill in the registration form. Finally, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from us and you can register.
